Awakening to Life and Death:
An Empowerment Workshop

The time to prepare for any trauma or illness that brings us face to face with our mortality is not at the point of the diagnosis or of the unexpected occurrence.  We prepare ourselves to meet such challenges by the way in which we choose to live our daily lives.
